I love this SO much!! Raising my frequency looks like: being in the creative flow. I always, always feel better after creating something, even if it doesn't turn out the way I thought it would. It also looks like connecting with the simplest purest aspects of nature- like smelling a rose, listening to the ocean waves, or holding a beautiful crystal up to the light and seeing the worlds inside of it.
